Auckland's autumn brings significant leaf drop across many commercial properties, particularly those with established deciduous trees. Leaves block drains, create slip hazards on paved areas, smother lawn edges and build up in garden bed corners where moisture sits and fungal problems start. Left too long, a heavy leaf load creates real maintenance debt going into winter.

Holland runs seasonal clean-up visits timed to the conditions rather than a fixed calendar date. We watch when the bulk of the leaf drop happens on your site and schedule accordingly, so you're not paying for visits before the leaves have fallen or waiting weeks after they have. Green waste is removed from site, not composted on-site unless you have suitable areas designated for it.

Pre-spring clean-ups cover a different scope: trimming back frost-damaged growth, removing spent annual planting, turning over mulch, cutting back ornamental grasses and checking irrigation heads before the growing season starts. Getting this right in September means the site looks sharp through the busy summer period without needing catch-up work mid-season.
